ControlTokenStaleTokenTime
Sets the length of time after which VTScada determines a token to be stale when there are no pending requests for that token. This interval also applies separately to all token requests. Defaults to one day.
If there are requests for the token, the time until it is determined to be stale is set by ControlTokenPendingRequestStaleTime.
Has no effect unless ControlTokenEnableOwnerMonitor is set to 1.
