Collaborative Multi-User Integration Platform in a Distributed-office SCADA Development and Support
A discussion of how to remain efficient and effective when everyone works from different locations.
Long before Covid was in the media, a team of three competing integration firms formed to collaborate on one of the largest SCADA projects in the US in 2020. With contributing development and management teams spread across the US, these partners worked with the SCADA software supplier and the software’s integrated multi-developer toolset to create a centralized configuration platform for regional offices to contribute in real time to the same project. This platform has now been expanded to support additional multi-office collaborations and to maintain the rapid progressive deployment scheme of the initial project. Join Blair Sooley of VTScada as he discusses this real-world case study and then applies the practice to other industry sectors.
