About Phillip D. Arnold, Lead Control Systems Technician:
Phill is the Lead Control Systems Engineer at Wright-Pierce. He has 13 years of experience in the design, construction administration, field startup, and integration for process control systems found in today’s water and wastewater facilities. As part of the firm’s SCADA Integration team, Phill is responsible for Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) programming, SCADA application development, remote telemetry and in-plant control network implementation, fabrication level control panel design, process control system startup and commissioning, and field retrofit of existing control panels. Phillip is actively engaged in the water/wastewater community as a frequent presenter at JETCC training sessions.

Exeter, New Hampshire Upgrade – Located along the banks of the Squamscott River, and a part of the Great Bay watershed, Exeter’s 3.0 MGD WWTF was comprehensively upgraded from an aerated lagoon facility to a new activated sludge treatment facility with nitrogen removal. Wright-Pierce was recognized for this project with a Gold Engineering Excellence award from the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC), New Hampshire Chapter!
