RecordAlarmStatusWhileSuppressed

Set to 1 to allow an alarm's active / normal status to be logged while it is suppressed. Set to 0 to prevent it.

If 1, the active / normal status will be hidden unless revealed using the Show Suppressed Alarms tool.
