Used when Realm Filtering is in effect. When an application uses realm filtering, it is customary to configure one or more users that do not have a group membership and grant to these users viewing access to all areas. The variable RealmAreasExcludeInvalid controls whether tags that do not have any area defined will be included or excluded from view.
If RealmAreasExcludeInvalid is set to 1, then no user will be able to view tags that do not have an associated area.
