ControlLockLevelXPreventControl
Where "X" is 1, 2, 3, etc. match a defined Control Lock Level.
Three Lock Levels 1, 2, and 3, are defined in every application. When ControlLockLevelXPreventControl is set to 0, locks with the matching Lock Level, X, do not prevent control.
You can create new Lock Levels by adding new ControlLockLevelXPreventControl properties to your application, setting X to 4, 5, 6, etc.
