Where "X" is 1, 2, 3,...
Sets the phrase key (or text if no phrase key exists) to be used when showing control locks of the matching level. Lock levels default to "Level 1", "Level 2", etc. if the matching label is not defined.
A typical use-case would be to label Lock Levels as "Maintenance", "Testing", "Warning", etc.
The labels appear as tooltips when hovering over lock icons in the Lock List widget.
