AlarmPriorityIndicatorShowNormalUnacked
Controls the behavior of the Alarm Priority Icon and Alarm Priority Box when the unacknowledged linked alarm state is no longer in an active state.
This table assumes that an alarm occurs and then transitions to being either inactive or acknowledged.
Note that "trip" alarms are never in an active state.
