Tokens List
A Tokens List widget is an Alarm List widget, configured to display active Control Tokens.
Refer to Control Tokens for a full explanation of what Control Tokens are and how they work.
The Column Format of the list must be set to Tokens. When set, the Starting List is restricted to Tokens as the only option.
Do not change the Alarm Database selection. The widget will not display Control Tokens if the Alarm Database is set to anything other than "All".
Columns display:
Token Level Icon
The number and color indicate the priority of each Control Token.
Time
When the token was added.
Release
Enabled only for authorized operators (Those having the Add / Release Token privilege or the Token Administrator privilege.)
Aside from Token Administrators, tokens can be released only by their owners, where "ownership" may be restricted not only to a user, but to the workstation or the sign-in session where the user created the token. (Advanced programmers can create a custom definition of ownership through script code.)
Area, Name, Description
Information about the tag to which the Control Token has been applied. If this is a parent tag, all the child tags will also have control tokens.
User
The person who created the token.
