Veeder Root Tag Addressing

Veeder Root addresses take the form FunctionCode-TankNumber-Property. (example: i201-0-Volume for tank zero, total volume.) At present, only the i201 function code is supported, with properties as follows. Tank numbers can range from 0 to 16.
